Our audio/video files are changed every Thursday.  The dates for the programs are now one week in advance due to the closed captioning.  You will need to download a RealPlayer in order to listen to or view our audio and video files.  A free RealPlayer can be downloaded by clicking below.

Download Audio/Video Files

If you would like to download our audio or video files to your computer, you may do so by clicking on one of the links below. The files will be saved to a temporary folder on your computer. If you would like to save the files to another location, right-click on a link below and choose “Save Link As...” or “Save Target As...”.To create programs for TV viewing click below!

The one hour audio files are 8MB, and they take about 20 minutes to download using a 56 Kbps modem. The 56K video files are 15 MB, and the DSL video files are 95 MB.

If you would like to convert the audio .rm files to mp3 files or other media formats, you will need to download some software to do so. NCH makes a complete audio editing package called wavepad, which is free and can be used to open real audio files and then save them as mp3 or wav files.  If you want a simpler solution, you can also download a converter from one of these two web sites: http://www.coolmp3tool.com/rm-to-mp3-converter.htm or  http://www.alosoft.com/rm.html. They both have a trial version, free of charge, then you can order for about $25.00. Once you download to your computer, you will then follow the instructions the program gives you to convert the files.

Create Television Format

What you will need:
1) High Speed Internet Access/DSL or Cable
2) Computer with "TV-out video card"
3) VCR, or a television with a "PC input"

Procedure:
1)Download the DSL program from the above download section to your hard drive.
2)Replay from your computer to the VCR and record a copy for later viewing, or play the program directly from your computer to the TV.
